dc.description	Modern realities, which are manifested in the difficult financial situation of many people, favour the fact that truck drivers work independently, without a partner, as in this case, in most transport companies, the truck driver earns more. This trend has become attractive to transport company managers, as it is more profitable to pay one person than two. The increase in driver salaries is due to the fact that the company provides for the work of two people in one vehicle. However, when one person works, the company pays a bonus to the driver, which is part of the second salary, but saves the unpaid part and directs it to further development of the company. The position of a logistician can be called any of the following: logistics engineer, logistics specialist, head of logistics, logistics manager, freight broker, freight forwarder, and any other title, but the essence of the job does not change. The main goal of the logistician, as well as logistics itself, is based on the very concept of a separate industry whose task is to supply goods in the shortest possible time at the lowest financial cost and efficiently manage inventory; to optimise the supply chain. There are several types of logistics: transport, procurement, warehousing, sales, green, production, information, distribution, reverse logistics, etc., and each of them has its own characteristics, specifics and methods of solving its highly specialised problems. Since the logistics industry itself covers a huge number of areas, large companies create entire logistics departments in which logisticians specialise in one or more types of logistics, which we believe is correct, because the concept of "logistics" can be compared to the concept of "medicine", and types of logistics are like sections in medicine. That is why the trend of specialisation among logistics employees is excellent.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Посада логіста може називатися будь-яким чином: інженер з логістики, спеціаліст з логістики, керівник відділу логістики, менеджер з логістики, фрахтовий брокер, експедитор та будь-як іще, однак від зміни назви суть роботи не змінюється. Голова ціль логіста, як власне і логістики, виходячи із самого поняття, як окремої галузі, завдання якої полягає у постачанні товарів у найкоротші терміни за умови найменших фінансових витрат та ефективному управлінні товарно-матеріальними запасами; оптимізувати ланцюг цей самий ланцюг постачання. Існує декілька видів логістики: транспортна, закупівельна, складська, збутова, зелена, виробнича, інформаційна, розподільча, зворотна тощо, і кожна з них вирізняється своїми характеристиками, специфікою та методами вирішення своїх вузькоспеціалізованих проблем. Оскільки сама по собі галузь логістики охоплює величезну кількість сфер, у великих компаніях створюються цілі логістичні відділи, в яких логісти спеціалізуються на одній або декількох видах логістики, що, як ми вважаємо є правильним, адже поняття «логістика» можна порівняти із поняттям «медицина», а види логістики це як розділи в медицині. Саме тому тенденція розподілу спеціалізації між співробітниками відділу логістика є чудовою.	uk_UA
