Виявлені резерви для підвищення параметрів якості поверхневих шарів сталевих деталей при алітуванні за рахунок більш досконального дослідження продуктивності процесу ЕІЛ алюмінієвим електродом-інструментом, який є одним з важливих режимів технології алітування. Встановлено, що зменшення продуктивності процесу ЕІЛ сприяє погіршенню параметрів якості покриттів.

Reserves have been identified for improving the quality parameters of the surface layers of steel parts during alitting due to a more thorough study of the performance of the EIL process with an aluminum electrode-tool, which is one of the important modes of the alitting technology. It was established that the decrease in the productivity of the EIL process contributes to the deterioration of the quality parameters of the coatings.
