dc.description	The work examines the basics of managing medical institutions in modern conditions. The main factors that hinder the quality management of medical institutions have been identified. The main directions for improving the work of medical institutions have been identified. Improving work efficiency involves improving key indicators of the medical and social efficiency of the medical organization. Approaches to determining the effectiveness of the medical organization are considered. The formation of the resource management system in CNCE "Center for primary medical and sanitary care No. 1" Sumy City Council represents a complex of interconnected processes of planning, organization, and control, characterized by a set of organizational and economic interactions, which solve the issue of rational resource provision of institutions in accordance with the priorities and tasks of the effective development of the health care system. In order to increase the efficiency of the use of personnel resources in the CNCE "Center for primary medical and sanitary care No. 1" of the Sumy City Council, measures are proposed that determine a clear correspondence of the level of professional training to the scope and complexity of the work performed.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	В роботі розглянуто основи управління медичними закладами в сучасних умовах. Виявлені основні фактори, які перешкуоджають якісному управлінню медичними закладами. Виявлені основні напрямки покращення роботи медичних закладів. Підвищення ефективності роботи передбачає вдосконалення ключових показників медичної та соціальної ефективності медичної організації. Розглянуто підходи до визначення ефективності діяльності медичної організації. Формування системи управління ресурсами в КНП «ЦПМСД № 1» СМР представляє комплекс взаємопов'язаних процесів планування, організації, контролю, що характеризуються сукупністю організаційно-економічних взаємодій, що вирішують питання раціонального ресурсного забезпечення установ відповідно до пріоритетів та завдань ефективного розвитку системи охорони здоров'я. Для підвищення ефективності використання кадрових ресурсів в КНП «ЦПМСД № 1» СМР запропоновані заходи, що визначають чітку відповідність рівня професійної підготовки обсягу та складності виконуваної роботи.	uk_UA
