В кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто функцію планування в системі менеджменту підприємства; надано організаційно-економічну характеристику СФГ «Урожай»; досліджено вплив цінового прогнозування на загальну ефективність планової системи підприємства; проведено оцінку результативності системи планування в СФГ «Урожай»; запропоновані заходи по формуванню ефективної системи планування в системі менеджменту СФГ «Урожай». Впровадження сценарного підходу в систему планування СФГ «Урожай» дозволить підприємству не лише адекватно реагувати на динамічні зміни ринкового середовища, а й володіти стратегічною гнучкістю для формування і реалізації конкурентних переваг. Комплексне застосування сценарного планування в поєднанні з іншими сучасними інструментами управління сприятиме зміцненню позицій СФГ «Урожай» на цільових ринках.

The qualification work considers the function of planning in the enterprise management system; provides organizational and economic characteristics of the Urozhay farm; investigates the impact of price forecasting on the overall efficiency of the enterprise planning system; evaluates the effectiveness of the planning system in the Urozhay farm; proposes measures to form an effective planning system in the management system of the Urozhay farm. Implementation of the scenario approach in the planning system of Urozhay CFG will allow the company not only to respond adequately to dynamic changes in the market environment, but also to have strategic flexibility to form and realize competitive advantages. The integrated application of scenario planning in combination with other modern management tools will help to strengthen the position of Urozhay CFG in the target markets.
