dc.description	The qualification work considers the system of managerial decision-making in the municipal motor transport enterprise of the Sumy Regional Council; provides an organizational and economic description of the enterprise under study; investigates the effectiveness of managerial decisions based on the indicators of the efficiency of the use of the motor transport fleet; diagnoses the depth of the crisis of the municipal enterprise; proposes measures to improve the system of managerial decision-making in the KATP of the Sumy Regional Council. The paper discusses in detail the theoretical and methodological aspects of the management decision-making system in municipal enterprises. In order to develop an effective decision-making system at a municipal motor vehicle fleet, it is necessary to comprehensively take into account external and internal factors, diagnose the strengths and weaknesses of the management system, and attract the latest scientific developments in the field of strategic management and information technology. Based on the study, the article determines the effectiveness of management decisions based on the indicators of efficiency of the vehicle fleet. The results obtained indicate a positive trend towards an increase in the number of work shifts worked per unit of equipment in 2023 compared to 2021. A diagnosis of the depth of the crisis of the communal enterprise KATP of Sumy Regional Council is carried out. It is established that the probability of bankruptcy of the KATP of Sumy Regional Council according to different models shows mixed results, with a higher probability of bankruptcy in 2023 according to some models. Measures to improve the system of management decision-making in the KATP of Sumy Regional Council are proposed. To automate management functions at the enterprise, we propose to implement the ANT-Logistics cloud-based transport management system. The implementation of the proposed measures will significantly improve the management decision-making system in a municipal motor transport enterprise.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	В кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто систему прийняття управлінських рішень в комунальному автотранспортному підприємстві Сумської обласної ради; надано організаційно-економічну характеристику досліджуваного підприємства; досліджено ефективність управлінських рішень на основі показників результативності використання авто-транспортного парку; проведено діагностику глибини кризового стану комунального підприємства; запропоновані заходи по удосконаленню системи прийняття управлінських рішень в КАТП Сумської облради. У роботі детально розглянуто теоретико-методологічні аспекти системи прийняття управлінських рішень в комунальних підприємствах. Для розбудови ефективної системи прийняття рішень на комунальному АТП необхідно комплексно враховувати зовнішні та внутрішні фактори, діагностувати сильні і слабкі сторони управлінської системи, залучати новітні наукові розробки у сфері стратегічного менеджменту та інформаційних технологій. На основі проведеного дослідження визначено ефективність управлінських рішень на основі показників результативності використання авто-транспортного парку. Отримані результати свідчать про позитивну тенденцію до збільшення кількості відпрацьованих робочих змін на одиницю техніки в 2023 році порівняно з 2021 роком. Проведено діагностику глибини кризового стану комунального підприємства КАТП Сумської облради. Встановлено, що ймовірність банкрутства КАТП Сумської облради за різними моделями демонструє неоднозначні результати, з більшою ймовірністю банкрутства у 2023 році за деякими моделями. Запропоновано заходи по удосконаленню системи прийняття управлінських рішень в КАТП Сумської облради. Для автоматизації управлінських функцій на підприємстві пропонуємо впровадити хмарну систему управління транспортом ANT-Logistics. Впровадження комплексу запропонованих заходів дозволить значно вдосконалити систему прийняття управлінських рішень у комунальному автотранспортному підприємстві.	uk_UA
