В кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто процес розробки вебзастосунку для месенджера Telegram,
спрямованого на покращення процесу купівлі та продажу споживаної електротехніки. Здійснено
теоретико-методологічне обґрунтування розробки архітектури вебзастосунку та його функціональних
вимог. З’ясовано основні принципи функціонування месенджерів та методи інтеграції штучного
інтелекту для ведення діалогу з клієнтами. Проаналізовано існуючі рішення на ринку та визначено
ефективні підходи до автоматизації бізнес-процесів. Обґрунтовано значення використання сучасних
інформаційних технологій для підвищення надійності та функціональності вебзастосунку.

The qualification work examines the process of developing a web application for the Telegram
messenger aimed at improving the process of buying and selling used electronic equipment. The theoretical
and methodological justification for the development of the web application's architecture and its functional
requirements has been carried out. The main principles of messenger operation and methods of integrating
artificial intelligence for customer dialogue have been clarified. Existing market solutions have been analyzed,
and effective approaches to business process automation have been identified. The importance of using modern
information technologies to enhance the reliability and functionality of the web application has been
substantiated.
