dc.description	The theoretical and methodological principles of the formation of the personnel development system in the medical institution were investigated in the qualification work. The system of personnel development in a medical institution was studied. Proposed ways of the personnel development system in a medical institution. The performed calculations indicate that in 2023, the Regional Clinical Phthisiopulmonology Medical Center of the Regional Medical Center will experience a certain deterioration in the efficiency of the use of the institution's capital and assets. In 2023, there is an increase in the wage fund and the average monthly salary of employees of a medical institution. This growth occurred with an unchanged headcount. The age structure of employees in the institution is changing, and the share of young employees is increasing. The institution successfully attracts and retains employees of various age groups. An increase in professional skills will have a positive effect on the guarantee of job retention, career growth opportunities, a sense of self-worth, and opportunities for self-realization.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретико-методичні засади формування системи розвитку персоналу в медичному закладі. Досліджено систему розвитку персоналу в медичному закладі. Запропоновані шляхи системи розвитку персоналу в медичному закладі. Проведені розрахунки свідчать про те, що в 2023 році КНП СОР «Регіональний клінічний фтизіопульмонологічний медичний центр» спостерігається певне погіршення ефективності використання капіталу та активів закладу. Спостерігається зростання фонду оплати праці та середньомісячної заробітної плати працівників медичного закладу. Цей ріст відбувся при незмінній чисельності штату. Віковий склад працівників у закладі змінюється, причому спостерігається зростання частки молодих працівників. Заклад успішно залучає та утримує працівників різних вікових груп. Підвищення професійної майстерності позитивно позначиться на гарантії збереження робочого місця, можливостях кар'єрного зростання, почутті власної гідності та можливостях самореалізації.	uk_UA
