dc.description	The qualification paper examines theoretical and methodological approaches to the management of production in the livestock industry; the organizational and economic characteristics of KRS Ukraine LLC are provided; conducted a study of the production of animal husbandry at the enterprise; an assessment of production management at the enterprise was carried out; proposed directions for improving production management at KRS Ukraine LLC. As a result of the conducted research, it was found that the company "KRS Ukraine" LLC in 2023 underachieved the production of cattle meat due to the increase in cattle - 8804.1 tons, due to the reduction of feed overspending - 11649.6 tons. and at the expense of bringing productivity to the level of the Polish meat breed - 20,239.0 tons. The total amount of unreceived livestock products is 406,992.7 thousand, and the lost revenue from sales is 230,320.68 thousand UAH. To improve production management in the field of animal husbandry at KRS Ukraine LLC, the following directions are proposed: optimization of fodder production and animal feeding and improvement of selection and breeding work.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	В кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто теоретико-методичні підходи до управління виробництвом галузі тваринництва; надано організаційно-економічну характеристику ТОВ «КРС Україна»; проведене дослідження виробництва галузі тваринництва на підприємстві; проведено оцінку управління виробництвом на підприємстві; запропоновані напрями удосконалення управління виробництвом на підприємстві ТОВ «КРС Україна». Результатом проведеного дослідження виявлено, що підприємство ТОВ «КРС Україна» в 2023 році недоотримало виробництва м’яса ВРХ за рахунок приросту ВРХ - 8804,1 ц., за рахунок скорочення перевитрат кормів - 11649,6 ц. та за рахунок доведення продуктивності до рівня поліської м’ясної породи - 20239,0 ц. Загальна кількість недоотриманої продукції тваринництва складає 406 992, 7 ц, а втрачена виручка від реалізації становить 230320,68 тис. грн. Для удосконалення управління виробництва в галузі тваринництва на підприємстві ТОВ «КРС Україна» запропоновано напрямки: оптимізації кормовиробництва та годівлі тварин та вдосконалення селекційно-племінної роботи.	uk_UA
