Проведено аналіз існуючої технології виробництва яблучного сок у виробничому цеху. Складено паспортні дані технологічного обладнання, яке використовується в цеху з виробництва соку. Зроблено перевірочні розрахунки електродвигунів технологічних агрегатів, обрано його тип та потужність. Складено електричну схему розташування силового електрообладнання цеху. Основну увагу в роботі було приділено розробці автоматизованої системи керування системою виробництва соку. Складено функціональну та принципову схеми керування. Проведено розрахунки освітлювальної установки цеху. Розроблено схему електричну розташування системи освітлення цеху. Також були розглянуті питання охорони праці при виконанні технологічних операцій в цеху. Проведено економічне обґрунтування запропонованої автоматизованої системи керування.
Суть розробки, основні результати:
The analysis of the existing technology of apple juice production in the production workshop was carried out. The passport data of the technological equipment used in the juice production workshop has been compiled. Verification calculations of electric motors of technological units were made, its type and power were selected. An electrical diagram of the location of the shop's power electrical equipment has been drawn up. The main attention in the work was devoted to the development of an automated control system for the juice production system. A functional and principled control scheme has been compiled. Calculations of the shop's lighting installation were carried out. The scheme of the electrical layout of the workshop lighting system has been developed. Issues of labor protection during the execution of technological operations in the shop were also considered. An economic justification of the proposed automated control system has been carried out.
