The professional development of teachers is a factor in ensuring the quality of education, as it promotes the study and implementation of modern pedagogical methods and technologies in the educational process. It is pedagogical management that helps teachers to adapt to changes in society, technology and educational standards, promotes the development of creative approaches and encourages teachers to conduct research, innovation and facilitates the introduction and integration of the latest technologies into the educational process. Pedagogical management plays a significant role in the educational process and includes the organisation of development, training and formation of managerial competence of the management of educational institutions. This is an important place in the field of professional management, so traditional management should be replaced by "pedagogical management", which will allow for more detailed requirements for the professional competences of teachers.	uk_UA

Педагогічний менеджмент відіграє значущу роль в навчальному процесі и включає організацію розвитку, навчання та формування управлінської компетенції керівництва закладами освіти. Це важливе місце у сфері професійного менеджменту, тому на зміну традиційному менеджменту має прийти «педагогічний менеджмент», який дасть можливість більш детально висувати вимоги до фахових компетенцій педагогів.	uk_UA
