В статті розглянуто еколого-економічні проблеми, які виникли з військовою агресією Російської федерації в Україні. Виокремлено основні ризики впливу на природне середовище від наслідків військових дій. Проведений аналіз вжитих заходів на законодавчому рівні по усуненню наслідків по забрудненню ґрунтів, водних ресурсів та викидів шкідливих речовин в повітря та інших наслідків, що вплинули на екологічну безпеку держави.

The article examines the ecological and economic problems that arose with the military aggression of the Russian Federation in Ukraine. The main risks of impact on the natural environment from the consequences of military operations are singled out. An analysis of the measures taken at the legislative level to eliminate the consequences of soil pollution, water resources and emissions of harmful substances into the air and other consequences that affected the environmental safety of the state was carried out.
