dc.description	In this article, the author examines the problem of the effectiveness of non-standard classes, which is ensured by the teacher's mastery of the methods of conducting them and skillful use of such classes in a certain system in combination with traditional forms of work. Person-oriented learning is an open humanitarian technology. Unlike traditional training, which focuses mainly on the cognitive sphere and thinking, this technology is designed to work with human consciousness and the processes of its individual and personal development. The purpose of this technology is the development of personal structures of consciousness (ability to make choices, reflection), subject qualities (autonomy, independence, responsibility) and individuality of students.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	В даній статті автором розглядається проблема ефективності нестандартних занять, яка забезпечується за умови володіння викладачем методики їх проведення та умілого використання таких занять у певній системі в поєднанні з традиційними формами роботи. Особистісно-орієнтоване навчання є гуманітарною технологією відкритого типу. На відміну від традиційного навчання, яке орієнтується в основному на когнітивну сферу та мислення, ця технологія проектується для роботи зі свідомістю людини та процесами її індивідуально-особистісного розвитку. Метою цієї технології є розвиток особистісних структур свідомості (здатність робити вибір, рефлексія), суб'єктних якостей (автономності, самостійності, відповідальності) та індивідуальності студентів.	uk_UA
