dc.description	The paper presents the results of experimental studies of the magnetoresistive effect in three-layer asymmetric structures with a non-magnetic separating layer. It is shown that with a significant thickness of the nonmagnetic layer in the samples, the effect of giant magnetoresistance is observed, which indicates the formation of a system without an exchange connection between the ferromagnetic layers. In the process of heat treatment, there is a transition to the anisotropic magnetoresistive effect, which is obviously explained by the destruction due to the processes of high-temperature diffusion of the non-magnetic layer.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	В роботі представлені результати експериментальних досліджень магніторезистивного ефекту в тришарових несиметричних структурах з немагнітним розділяючим шаром. Показано, що при значній товщині немагнітного шару в зразках спостерігається ефект гігантського магнітоопору, що свідчить про утворення системи без обмінного зв’язку між феромагнітними шарами. В процесі термообробки відбувається перехід до анізотропного магніторезистивного ефекту, що, очевидно, пояснюється руйнуванням за рахунок процесів високотемпературної дифузії немагнітного шару.	uk_UA
