В роботі розглядаються методологічні засади цифрової трансформації з огляду на можливість вирішення існуючих управлінських задач щодо діяльності суб’єктів аграрного бізнесу з метою забезпечення їхньої конкурентоспроможності. Досліджені підходи щодо визначення впливу цифрової економіки на діяльність вітчизняних аграрних формувань, як суб’єктів однієї із ключових галузей народного господарства країни. Обґрунтована значимість визначення вектору динамічних змін організаційно-управлінських засад здійснення підприємницької діяльності в умовах оперативного впровадження найсучасніших досягнень розвитку інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій компаніями аграрного бізнесу.

The paper deals with the methodological principles of digital transformation in view of the possibility of solving existing management problems in the activities of agricultural business entities in order to ensure their competitiveness. The study of the properties of the agricultural enterprise management system through the characteristics of its subsystems, parameters, aspects, allows you to determine the key foundations of modernization of approaches to the use of socio-economic tools. The implementation of digital technologies in the processes of management of the modern agricultural enterprise of Ukraine is a determinant of improving the system of management of agricultural business.
