dc.description	The article presents the main conceptual changes in the specifics of the development of rural areas, which were formed in the region with the beginning of full-scale military operations on the territory of Ukraine, including in the Kharkiv region. The task of resisting the enemy invasion, protecting the social interests of the population and helping the economy to cope with military challenges was defined as the main direction for state support for the development of the region. The problems of the development of the agrarian sector of the region due to the termination of operations and the relocation of many agricultural enterprises, the destruction of the material base of production, the significant scale of mined and war-contaminated territories, and the reduction of the number of rural residents are revealed. The main vectors of the activity of the state military administration in the field of supporting the life of the village are considered. The main features of state support for rural areas in wartime conditions have been determined. The functioning of rural areas in the conditions of war faces a significant number of problems, therefore, due to the decline of the economy, the main priority of regional and local authorities has become social protection of the population, restoration and preservation of jobs, and business support. It is significant that the rural areas of the Kharkiv region in 2023 and as a result of hostilities are experiencing a significant decline and a decrease in the standard of living of the population in them, including the growth of extensive production and subsistence farming. First of all, this applies to territories where battles are taking place and which were under occupation, but other villages are also under significant military pressure, and support for their activities is minimal, preventing effective development. The beginning of the war fundamentally changed the directions of regulation of the development of rural areas by the regional administration. At the moment, solving the problems caused by the hostilities on the territory of Kharkiv region became the top priority, social protection of the population, assistance in restoring and preserving jobs, and business support became the main priority of the regional and local authorities.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	В статті приведено основні концептуальні зміни специфіки розвитку сільських територій, котра сформувалась в регіоні з початком повномасштабних воєнних дій на території України в тому числі й у Харківській області. Визначено, як головний напрямок, для державної підтримки розвитку регіону, завдання вистояти перед ворожою навалою, захистити соціальні інтереси населення та допомогти економіці справитись з воєнними викликами. Розглянуто наслідки воєнних дій для сільських територій, в тому числі в Харківській області. Визначено сільські території, які найбільше постраждали в плані соціальної захищеності, зайнятості на ринку праці, безпеки та економічної діяльності. Розглянуто основні наслідки боїв на території області та ті проблеми, котрі виникли в їх результаті. Приведено специфіку економічної діяльності в сільській місцевості, в першу чергу, аграрного виробництва, в період воєнного стану.	uk_UA
