Представлено результати дослідження атмосферного повітря у м. Суми. Середній вміст в повітрі міста по діоксиду азоту дорівнював 1,8 ГДК, пилу 2,0 ГДК та формальдегіду 1,3 ГДК. Середній вміст інших інгредієнтів в атмосферному повітрі нижче санітарних норм. Максимальні концентрації шкідливих домішок в повітрі міста досягали по пилу в 1,8 ГДК, діоксиду азоту 1,1 ГДК, оксиду вуглецю 1,4 ГДК. На ПСЗ № 5 у північній частині міста та на ПСЗ № 4 в південній частині міста, зафіксовано перевищення максимальної концентрації по діоксиду азоту в 1,2 ГДК.

The article presents the results of the study of the atmospheric air in Sumy. The average content of nitrogen dioxide in the city air was 1.8 maximum permissible concentrations, dust 2.0 MPC and formaldehyde 1.3 MPC. The average content of other ingredients in the air is below the sanitary standards. The maximum concentrations of harmful impurities in the city air reached 1.8 MPC for dust, 1.1 MPC for nitrogen dioxide, and 1.4 MPC for carbon monoxide. The maximum concentration of nitrogen dioxide was exceeded at the PSP No. 5 in the northern part of the city and at the PSP No. 4 in the southern part of the city by 1.2 MPC.
