Метою дослідження є аналіз зв’язку між міжнародним правом і військовими конфліктами та надання рекомендацій щодо шляхів їх мирного вирішення. Використано методи аналізу та синтезу, метод наукової абстракції. Розуміння особливостей збройних конфліктів у контексті міжнародного права є першим кроком до їх припинення та подальшого мирного врегулювання. Це дасть змогу врятувати людські життя та розпочати процес відновлення постраждалих територій, необхідний для запобігання гуманітарній катастрофі.
Суть розробки, основні результати:
The purpose of the study is to analyze the relationship between international law and military conflicts and to provide recommendations on ways to resolve them peacefully. The methods of analysis and synthesis and the method of scientific abstraction were used. Understanding the peculiarities of armed conflicts in the context of international law is the first step towards their termination and subsequent peaceful settlement. This will make it possible to save human lives and begin the process of reconstruction of the affected territories, which is necessary to prevent a humanitarian catastrophe.
