dc.description	The article examines the implementation and practice of academic integrity in the international context. It is determined that academic integrity is a necessary component of higher education and research, and its importance is recognized in different countries of the world. This concept covers a wide range of aspects, including avoidance of plagiarism, proper citation, adherence to ethical standards in research, and honesty in the performance of academic tasks. The article presents the types of liability for violations of academic integrity enshrined in Ukrainian law. In many countries, academic integrity is an important element of education and research, and it is enshrined in legislation and international documents. This article discusses the issue of academic integrity and how it is ensured in educational and research environments, in particular in universities in France, Sweden, Poland, and the United States of America. Currently, universities are developing various systems and mechanisms to ensure academic integrity. This includes creating codes, developing curricula, implementing plagiarism detection systems, establishing academic integrity committees, and determining sanctions for violators. At the international level, there are organizations such as ENRIO and ENAI that promote the exchange of experience, the development of guidelines, and the support of academic integrity in Europe and other regions. ENRIO is an important organization that promotes academic integrity in Europe. It brings together researchers and universities to discuss, develop strategies and share experiences on academic integrity. ENAI is a platform that promotes academic integrity in all aspects of the academic sector, including education and research. It promotes the exchange of experience, learning and development of academic integrity in Europe. Ukraine also uses similar principles and approaches to ensure academic integrity in educational and research institutions.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У статті досліджено імплементацію та практику дотримання академічної доброчесності в міжнародному контексті. Визначено, що академічна доброчесність становить необхідну складову вищої освіти і наукових досліджень. Це поняття охоплює широкий спектр аспектів, включаючи уникнення плагіату, правильне цитування, дотримання етичних норм у наукових дослідженнях та чесність під час виконання академічних завдань. У багатьох країнах академічна доброчесність є важливим елементом освіти та наукової роботи, і закріплена у законодавстві та міжнародних документах. У статті розглянуто питання академічної доброчесності та способи її забезпечення в освітніх і наукових середовищах, зокрема в університетах Франції, Швеції, Польщі та Сполучених Штатів Америки.	uk_UA
