dc.description	The qualification work is dedicated to the study of the problems of management and administration of the development of a strategy for the development of a medical institution. The qualification work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, a list of used sources, and appendices. The full volume of the work is 93 pages, the main content is laid out on 72 pages. The work contains 31 tables and 4 figures. The list of used sources includes 35 names placed on 5 pages. The purpose of the qualification work is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological principles and develop practical recommendations for improving management and administration by developing a strategy for the development of a medical institution. The object of the research is the process of management and administration of the development of a strategy for the development of a medical institution. The subject of the research is the theoretical and methodological basis of the research, the methodological toolkit of analysis, institutional support, tools and means of administration of the development of the development strategy of the health care institution. In the first - theoretical section of the work, the theoretical and methodological aspects of management and administration of the development of a strategy for the development of a health care institution are considered. In the second section, the state of functioning of the health care industry at the local level is analyzed; the organizational and economic characteristics of the "Trostianetsk City Hospital" KNP were provided; the assessment of the main medical indicators of the development of the health care institution under study was carried out. In the third chapter, the formation of the strategy for the development of the "Trostyanetsk City Hospital" KNP is substantiated; the priority directions of the administration of the development of the medical institution were developed, as well as the effectiveness of the implementation of the chosen strategy for the development of the health care institution under study was determined. In the qualification work, tools for forming a strategy for the development of a health care institution were further developed. In general, the developed theoretical-methodological and scientific-methodological provisions, analytical and organizational mechanisms and tools ensured the practical value of the obtained results of the master's study, which consists in the possibility of their use in the development of strategies for the development of health care institutions at the micro-level of management.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню проблем управління та адміністрування розробкою стратегії розвитку медичного закладу. Кваліфікаційна робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел, додатків. Повний обсяг роботи становить 93 сторінки, основний зміст викладено на 72 сторінках. Робота містить 31 таблицю та 4 рисунки. Список використаних джерел включає 35 найменувань, розміщених на 5 сторінках. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є обґрунтування теоретико-методичних засад і розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення управління та адміністрування розробкою стратегії розвитку медичного закладу. Об’єкт дослідження – процес управління та адміністрування розробкою стратегії розвитку медичного закладу. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичний базис дослідження, методичний інструментарій аналізування, інституційне забезпечення, інструменти та засоби управління та адміністрування розробкою стратегії розвитку закладу охорони здоров’я. В першому – теоретичному розділі роботи розглянуто теоретико-методичні аспекти управління та адміністрування розробкою стратегії розвитку закладу охорони здоров’я. У другому розділі проаналізовано стан функціонування галузі охорони здоров’я на місцевому рівні; надано організаційно-економічну характеристику КНП «Тростянецька міська лікарня»; здійснено оцінку основних медичних показників розвитку досліджуваного закладу охорони здоров’я. У третьому розділі обґрунтовано формування стратегії розвитку КНП «Тростянецька міська лікарня»; розроблені пріоритетні напрями адміністрування розвитку медичного закладу, а також визначена ефективність реалізації обраної стратегії розвитку досліджуваного закладу охорони здоров’я. В кваліфікаційній роботі одержав подальшого розвитку інструментарій формування стратегії розвитку закладу охорони здоров’я. В цілому розробленні теоретико-методологічні та науково-методичні положення, аналітичні і організаційні механізми та інструменти забезпечили практичне значення одержаних результатів магістерського дослідження, яке полягає у можливості їх використання при розробці стратегій розвитку закладів охорони здоров’я на мікрорівні управління.	uk_UA
