dc.description	The qualification work is devoted to the study of the problems of management and administration of the development of the enterprise's development strategy. The qualification work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, a list of used sources, and appendices. The full volume of the work is 81 pages, the main content is laid out on 77 pages. The work contains 15 tables and 8 figures. The list of used sources includes 28 names placed on 4 pages. The purpose of the qualification study is the development and implementation of the development strategy of the KB "UKRSPETSMASH" enterprise, aimed at increasing the efficiency of its activities in the conditions of the modern market environment. The object of the study is the enterprise of KB "UKRSPETSMASH", its structure, functioning and development. The subject of the study is the process of development and implementation of the enterprise development strategy of KB "UKRSPETSMASH". In the first - theoretical section of the work, the effective solution of problems related to ensuring the effective operation of the enterprise in the future is considered, depends on a deep understanding of the methodology and methods of the strategic approach in management. The second chapter analyzes the state of operation of the mechanical engineering industry, understanding the strategic positioning of the UKRSPETSMASH enterprise and its competitiveness. In the third section, the formation of the development strategy of the KB "UKRSPETSMASH" enterprise is substantiated; the priority directions of the administration of the development of the enterprise were developed, as well as the effectiveness of the implementation of the chosen strategy of the development of the enterprise under study was determined. In general, the developed theoretical-methodological and scientific-methodological provisions, analytical and organizational mechanisms and tools ensured the practical significance of the obtained results of the master's research, which consists in the possibility of their use in the development of strategies for the development of the KB "UKRSPETSMASH" enterprise.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню проблем управління та адміністрування розробкою стратегії розвитку підприємства. Кваліфікаційна робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел, додатків. Повний обсяг роботи становить 81 сторінки, основний зміст викладено на 77 сторінках. Робота містить 15 таблицю та 8 рисунки. Список використаних джерел включає 28 найменувань, розміщених на 4 сторінках. Метою кваліфікаційного дослідження є розробка та реалізація стратегії розвитку підприємства КБ "УКРСПЕЦМАШ", спрямованої на підвищення ефективності його діяльності в умовах сучасного ринкового середовища. Об'єктом дослідження є саме підприємство КБ "УКРСПЕЦМАШ", його структура, функціонування та розвиток. Предметом дослідження є процес розробки та реалізації стратегії розвитку підприємства КБ "УКРСПЕЦМАШ". В першому – теоретичному розділі роботи розглянуто ефективне розв'язання проблем, пов'язаних із забезпеченням ефективної діяльності підприємства в майбутньому, залежить від глибокого розуміння методології та методів стратегічного підходу в управлінні. У другому розділі проаналізовано стан функціонування галузі машинобудування розуміння стратегічного позиціонування підприємства КБ "УКРСПЕЦМАШ" його конкуренто спроможність. У третьому розділі обґрунтовано формування стратегії розвитку підприємства КБ "УКРСПЕЦМАШ",; розроблені пріоритетні напрями адміністрування розвитку підприємства, а також визначена ефективність реалізації обраної стратегії розвитку досліджуваного підприємства. В цілому розробленні теоретико-методологічні та науково-методичні положення, аналітичні і організаційні механізми та інструменти забезпечили практичне значення одержаних результатів магістерського дослідження, яке полягає у можливості їх використання при розробці стратегій розвитку підприємства КБ "УКРСПЕЦМАШ".	uk_UA
