dc.description	The qualification work is devoted to the search for ways to improve risk management at small business enterprises. In the first chapter, the theoretical and methodological foundations of risk management at small business enterprises were investigated, the types of risks were characterized, the risk management process and basic methods and indicators for assessing the probability of risks were considered. In addition, the author investigated the peculiarities of strategic risk management of the enterprise. The second chapter presents the organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise under study, and analyzes its business environment. In addition, a SWOT analysis, PEST and QUEST analysis of the trading company were conducted. An assessment of the effectiveness of the retail enterprise's business processes and the calculation of limits and levels for the selection of priorities for risk reduction were also carried out. The third section substantiates the directions for improving risk management at enterprises. The author presents a three-dimensional model of enterprise risk management, a matrix for choosing the optimal risk management method for trade enterprises, and an approximate risk management program for the enterprise under study. It is proposed to carry out an analysis of the enterprise's propensity to innovative risk with the help of an integral evaluation indicator, and its evaluation was carried out at the investigated enterprise. The sequence of development of the enterprise's risk map and the necessity of its implementation in order to improve the enterprise's risk management are substantiated.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена пошуку шляхів удосконалення управління ризиками на підприємствах малого бізнесу. В першому розділі досліджено теоретико-методологічні основи управління ризиками на підприємствах малого бізнесу, охарактеризовано види ризиків, розглянуто процес управління ризиками та базові методи та показники оцінювання ймовірності ризиків. Крім того автором досліджені особливості управління стратегічними ризиками підприємства. В другому розділі представлено організаційно-економічну характеристику досліджуваного підприємства, проаналізовано його бізнес-середовище. Крім того, проведено SWOT-аналіз, PEST та QUEST-аналіз торговельного підприємства. Також проведено оцінювання ефективності бізнес-процесів роздрібного підприємства та розрахунок обмежень та рівнів для вибору пріоритетів засобів зниження ризиків. В третьому розділі обґрунтовано напрями удосконалення управління ризиками на підприємства. Автором представлена тривимірна модель управління ризикостійкістю підприємств, матриця обрання оптимального методу управління ризиками торговельних підприємств та орієнтовна програма управління ризиками для досліджуваного підприємства. Запропоновано здійснювати аналіз схильності підприємства до інноваційного ризику за допомогою інтегрального показника оцінки та здійснено його оцінювання на досліджуваному підприємстві. Обґрунтовано послідовність розробки карти ризиків підприємства та необхідність її запровадження задля удосконалення управління ризиками підприємства.	uk_UA
