Abstract

The introduction substantiates the relevance of the research topic, formulates its purpose and objectives, defines the object, subject and methods of the study, reveals the scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance of the qualification work, provides information on the testing of the research results The first chapter “General overview of the theory of state property management” describes the key features of state property management and considers the main content of the management process. The second chapter “Analysis of State Property Management of the Company “TWINS (GROUP) CO, LTD” provides a general description of the company, analyses the external and internal environment of state property management. In the third chapter “Formation of the State Property Management System”, the author formulates the principles and objectives of state property management, proposes a mechanism for implementing the state property management system, and develops measures to ensure the development of the state property management system. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the significance of the study and is determined by its results, which allowed the local self-government authorities to provide organisational and practical recommendations aimed at improving the management system.
