dc.description	In the qualifying work, an analysis of the economy of the FOP "Sytnyk L.A" in recent years has been performed. The technological part describes the main aspects during the cultivation of corn, methods of harvesting the crop and units for performing the operation; the main working bodies of corn harvesters (cutting devices) and their technological schemes are given; agrotechnical requirements for the operation; adjustment and adjustment of the cutting device, reel, inclined chamber, harvester when harvesting grain (rake inclination, clearances on the auger of the harvester). The technical and operational calculations of the comparison of two harvesting units: domestic and foreign harvesters were made. The constructive part of the qualification work is represented by the improvement of the domestic harvester KMS-8, which will allow us to increase wear resistance of the cob separating rollers thereby increasing the reliability of the harvester. The considered state of labor protection during the operation of the harvester, compliance with which will reduce the number of injuries and accidents. The development of the qualification work is confirmed by engineering and technical calculations.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	В кваліфікаційній роботі виконаний аналіз господарства ФОП «Ситник Л.А» за останні роки. В технологічній частині описано головні аспекти під час вирощування кукурудзи, способи збирання культури та агрегати для виконання операції; наведено основні робочі органи кукурудзяних жаток (різальних апаратів) їх технологічні схеми; агротехнічні вимоги до операції; налаштування та регулювання різального апарату, мотовила, похилої камери, жатки при збиранні зернових (нахил граблин, зазори на шнеку жатки). Зроблені техніко-експлуатаційні розрахунки порівняння двох збиральних агрегатів: вітчизняного та зарубіжного комбайнів. Конструктивна частина кваліфікаційної роботи представлена удосконаленням вітчизняної жатки КМС-8, яке дозволить нам підвищити зносостійкість качановідокремлювальних вальців тим самим підвищити надійність жатки. Розглянутий стан охорони праці під час експлуатації жатки, дотримання яких дозволить зменшити кількість травматизму та нещасних випадків. Розробки кваліфікаційної роботи підтверджені інженерно − технічними розрахунками.	uk_UA
