dc.description	This paper considers theoretical aspects of the organization of gastronomic tourism, as well as the phenomenon of the development of gastronomic tourism is characterized, which consists in the fact that it is a fundamentally new and promising direction of the tourism sector, which is very popular in many countries of the world. The author notes that gastronomic tourism serves to satisfy many spiritual needs of a person, as well as the basic vital need of food consumption. Also, the work presents a detailed analysis of the resource potential of gastrotourism in the Sumy region, which showed that the region has a rather rich natural and ethnic potential, namely a rather large variety of traditions and cultures. But there are a few problems that need immediate solutions to promote gastronomic tourism in the region. The author considered the peculiarities of the development of multi-day gastronomic tours and presented two developed tourist routes (three-day and two-day) through the Sumy region called «Slobozhansky Gastrotour».	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	В даній роботі розглянуто теоретичні аспекти організації гастрономічного туризму, а також охарактеризовано феномен розвитку гастрономічного туризму який полягає у тому, що це принципово новий та перспективний напрям туристського сектора, який користується великою популярністю у багатьох країнах світу. Автор зазначає, що гастрономічний туризм служить задоволенню великої кількості духовних потреб людини, а також основної життєвої потреби споживання їжі. Також у роботі представлено детальний аналіз ресурсного потенціалу гастротуризму у Сумському регіоні, який показав, що в області досить багатий природно-етнічний потенціал, а саме досить велика різноманітність традицій і культур. Але існує низка проблем, які потребують негайного вирішення для просування гастрономічного туризму у регіоні. Автором розглянуто особливості розробки багатоденних гастрономічних турів, а також презентовано розроблені два туристичні маршрути (триденний та дводенний) Сумським регіоном під назвою «Слобожанський гастротур».	uk_UA
