dc.description	This paper examines the theoretical foundations of the organization and development of the hospitality industry. The author considered the essence of the hospitality industry, as well as approaches to its understanding, structure, and features. This work states that the hospitality industry is considered one of the largest, rapidly developing branches of the modern economy, and in modern conditions, the main source of development of both the economy in general and individual companies, in particular, is innovation. The work also presents a detailed analysis of modern innovative concepts of hotel and restaurant complexes. The author analyzed the current state and features of the development of innovative concepts of hotel and restaurant complexes, namely world and domestic experience, as well as directions for the implementation of innovative concepts to increase the competitiveness of hotel and restaurant complexes. Also, in this work, practical recommendations were developed and presented for substantiating the new concept of the hotel-restaurant complex «Voskresenskyi» in the city of Sumy.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	В даній роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи організації та розвитку індустрії гостинності. Автором розглянуто сутність індустрії гостинності, а також підходи до її розуміння, структуру та особливості. У даній роботі зазначено, що індустрія гостинності вважається однією з найбільших галузей сучасної економіки, що швидко розвиваються, а у сучасних умовах основним джерелом розвитку як економіки загалом, так і окремих компаній, зокрема, є інновації. Також у роботі представлено детальний аналіз сучасних інноваційних концепцій готельно-ресторанних комплексів. Автором проаналізовано сучасний стан та особливості розвитку інноваційних концепцій готельно-ресторанних комплексів, а саме світовий та вітчизняний досвід, а також напрямки впровадження інноваційних концепцій для підвищення конкурентоспроможності готельно-ресторанних комплексів. Також, у даній роботі розроблено та представлено практичні рекомендації щодо обґрунтування впровадження нової концепції готельно-ресторанного комплексу «Воскресенський» в м. Суми.	uk_UA
