dc.description	The qualification work on the topic: "Gastronomic tourism as a promising direction for the development of the tourism industry in Lviv region" consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, and a list of references. The relevance of the research topic lies in the fact that the success of the hotel and restaurant business in modem conditions is determined not only by the satisfaction of the material, but also the spiritual needs of customers. The development of the hospitality industry requires new innovative approaches in interaction with customers, employees, partners and competitors. The success of the enterprise depends on the established mission, development strategy and values of the organization. Therefore, it is necessary to create special values, norms, rules and beliefs that will help achieve the mission and goals of the enterprise and ensure the satisfaction of the needs of every tourist. The first theoretical section examines theoretical information about the concept of gastronomic tourism and the main principles. In the second section of the study, an economic analysis of the development of gastronomic tourism in the Lviv Oblast is carried out as a promising direction for the development of tourism in the region In the third section, a study of the prospects for the development of gastronomic tourism in the Lviv region as a promising direction of the region's tourism industry is carried out. We found that the main problems that gastronomic tourism is currently facing are the following aspects: Insufficient level of development of tourist infrastructure. Economic and political instability in the country. Failure to achieve efficiency in the implementation of the mechanism that ensures the priorities of state policy in the field of organizing the export of tourist services. Lack of a comprehensive vision of the country as a potential tourist destination. Low level of advertising of Ukrainian tourist centers abroad and other similar problems.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Кваліфікаційна робота на тему: «Гастрономічний туризм як перспективний напрям розвитку туристичної галузі Львівської області» складається з вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаної літератури. Актуальність теми дослідження полягає у тому, що успішність готельно-ресторанного бізнесу в сучасних умовах визначається не лише задоволенням матеріальних, а й духовних потреб клієнтів. Розвиток індустрії гостинності вимагає нових інноваційних підходів у взаємодії з клієнтами, працівниками, партнерами та конкурентами. Успішність підприємства залежить від сформованої місії, стратегії розвитку та цінностей організації. Тому потрібно створити особливі цінності, норми, правила і переконання, які допоможуть досягти місії та цілей підприємства та забезпечити задоволення потреб кожного туриста. В першому теоретичному розділі досліджується теоретичні відомості про поняття гастрономічного туризму та основні йогов иди. В другому розділі дослідження проводиться аналіз економічний аналіз розвитку гастрономічного туризму у Львівській обалсті як перспективний напрям розвитку туризму в регіоні В третьому розділі проводиться дослідження перспектив розвитку гастрономічного туризму в Львівській області як перспективного напряму туристичної галузі регіону. Ми виявили, що основними проблемами, які стикається гастрономічний туризм в даний час, є наступні аспекти: Недостатній рівень розвитку туристичної інфраструктури. Економічна та політична нестабільність у країні. Недосягнення ефективності у втіленні механізму, що забезпечує пріоритети державної політики у сфері організації експорту туристичних послуг. Відсутність комплексного бачення країни як потенційної туристичної дестинацїї. Низький рівень реклами українських туристичних центрів за кордоном та інші аналогічні проблеми.	uk_UA
