dc.description	This paper examines the conceptual foundations of state policy in the field of preserving historical and cultural heritage, focusing on the following aspects: the concept of historical and cultural heritage, principles of its classification, and legal aspects of its preservation. The author notes that regulatory and legal frameworks in the cultural sector require improvement and alignment with current realities and the interests of the sector, as well as its individual components. The study also presents a detailed analysis of the assessment, management, and utilization of historical and cultural heritage in tourism enterprises. The author identifies and elaborates on scientific approaches to assessing the historical and cultural heritage of a region, as well as strategic goals and management tasks for utilizing this heritage at the regional level. In this qualification work, the author proposes practical approaches to preserving and further utilizing the historical and cultural heritage of the Sumy region in tourism activities. These include the restoration and development of historical and cultural monuments, advertising campaigns, infrastructure improvements, and conservation of historical and cultural heritage just a few tools that can enhance the attractiveness of the Sumy region for tourists. The author also emphasizes that tourism development based on historical and cultural heritage can become a significant source of income for the region and contribute to its economic growth.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	В даній роботі розглянуто концептуальні основи державної політики в сфері збереження історико-культурної спадщини, а саме: поняття історико-культурної спадщини, принципи класифікації й правові аспекти її збереження. Автор зазначає, що нормативно-правове регулювання у сфері культури потребує вдосконалення та приведення у відповідність до існуючих реалій й інтересів галузі в цілому, та кожного її напряму окремо. Також у даній роботі представлено детальний аналіз оцінки, управління та використання історико-культурної спадщини на підприємствах сфери туризму. Автором визначено та детально представлено наукові підходи до оцінки історико-культурної спадщини регіону, а також, стратегічні цілі, завдання управління й використання історико-культурної спадщини на регіональному рівні. У даній кваліфікаційній роботі автор пропонує практичні аспекти збереження та подальшого використання в туристичній діяльності історико культурної спадщини Сумського регіону, серед яких: відновлення та розвиток історичних та культурних пам’яток, проведення рекламних кампаній, покращення інфраструктури й збереження історико-культурної спадщини – це лише кілька інструментів, які можуть підвищити привабливість Сумщини для туристів. Автор також зазначає, що розвиток туризму, оснований на історико культурній спадщині, також може стати значущим джерелом доходу для регіону та сприяти його економічному зростанню.	uk_UA
