dc.description	Object of research - evaluation of the biological and ecological efficiency of biological fertilizers and their impact on soybean plant yield. The subject of the study is an early-ripening soybean variety Zolotysta, a medium-early variety Madison, the application of soil fertilizer Groundfix and seed treatment with mycorrhizal preparation Mycofriend. The following studies were conducted during the growing season of soybeans: - phenological observations of growth and development, determination of field germination and stem density before harvesting according to the ―Method of state variety testing of agricultural crops (2008)‖ - determination of the number and weight of nodules, total and active symbiotic potential - according to the method of G. S. Popyanov (1991); - elements of the crop structure - by trial sheaves, crop accounting - by continuous threshing of each plot; - mathematical processing of the experimental data was carried out by statistical and analysis of variance using the package of programs Statistics, Excel. The scientific novelty of the research is that on the basis of experimental studies, the effectiveness of biological fertilizers and their impact on increasing soybean yields were investigated.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Об’єкт дослідженн - оцінювання біологічно - екологічної ефективності біологічних добрив та їх вплив на урожайність рослин сої. Предмет дослідження - ранностиглий сорт сої Золотиста, середньоранній сорт Медісон, внесення грунтового добрива Граундфікс та обробка насіння мікоризоутворюючим препаратом Мікофренд. Впродовж вегетаційного періоду сої проводили наступні дослідження: - фенологічні спостереження за ростом і розвитком, визначення польової схожості і густоти стеблостою перед збиранням за «Методом державного сортовипробування сільськогосподарських культур (2008 р.)»; - визначення кількості і маси бульбочок, загальний і активний симбіотичний потенціал – за методом Г. С. Посипанова (1991 р.); - елементи структури врожаю – за пробними снопами, облік урожаю - шляхом суцільного обмолоту кожної ділянки; - математичну обробку експериментальних даних проводили методом статистичного та дисперсійного аналізу з використанням пакету програм Statistics, Excel. Наукова новизна досліджень, полягає в тому, що на основі експериментальних досліджень було досліджено ефективність біологічних добрив та їх вплив на збільшення урожаю сої.	uk_UA
