dc.description	Participation in our studies of the reaction of potato varieties to in vitro conditions revealed different features, economically valuable characteristics and differ in the biochemical composition of tubers. Biological features of these varieties include different parameters of tuber formation, size and duration of activity of the assimilation surface of leaves, photosynthesis productivity, growth rate and development of vegetative mass of plants. However, currently and in the near future, our main goal is to increase the productivity potential and optimally use the genetic resources of potato varieties with a high or medium level of detection of a complex of agronomic characteristics. According to the research data, it can be concluded that the response of varieties to the use of the in vitro recovery method was different in terms of productivity. dc.description.abstract	Участь у наших дослідженнях реакції сортів картоплі при оздоровленні в умовах in vitro виявила різні особливості, господарсько-цінні характеристики та відрізняються за біохімічним складом бульб. Біологічні особливості цих сортів включають різні параметри бульбоутворення, розміри та тривалість активності асиміляційної поверхні листя, продуктивність фотосинтезу, швидкість зростання та розвитку вегетативної маси рослин. Проте наразі і в найближчій перспективі нашою головною метою є підвищення потенціалу продуктивності та оптимальне використання генетичних ресурсів сортів картоплі з високим або середнім рівнем виявлення комплексу агрономічних характеристик. За даними у дослідженнях можна зробити висновок, що реакція сортів на використання методу оздоровлення in vitro була різною за показником продуктивності. Дослідження проводились впродовж 2024 року. Методика досліджень загальноприйнята в картоплярстві.	uk_UA
