dc.description	The study examines the influence of various methods of propagation of tuberous potato plants on the formation of the number of seed tubers. The experiment was conducted using modern biotechnological methods under controlled conditions, which ensured high accuracy of the results. Special attention was paid to the evaluation of the effectiveness of traditional and innovative breeding methods. The influence of different substrates, nutrient media, methods of planting micro-plants and lighting regimes was studied. It has been established that the chosen method of propagation has a significant impact on the productivity of plants, in particular on the number and quality of the formed seed tubers. The results of the study confirmed the advantages of certain technologies that allow to increase the yield of quality seed material and contribute to the optimization of the production process. The obtained data are of practical importance for the improvement of potato seed production systems. 2 varieties of potatoes were involved in the study: Madeleine (Holland), Granada (Germany) Research was conducted throughout 2024. Research methodology is generally accepted in potato growing.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У дослідженні розглянуто вплив різних способів розмноження пробіркових рослин картоплі на формування кількості насіннєвих бульб. Експеримент проводився з використанням сучасних біотехнологічних методів у контрольованих умовах, що забезпечило високу точність результатів. Особливу увагу було приділено оцінці ефективності традиційних і інноваційних методів розмноження. Вивчено вплив різних субстратів, живильних середовищ, способів посадки мікророслин та режимів освітлення. Встановлено, що обраний метод розмноження має суттєвий вплив на продуктивність рослин, зокрема на кількість і якість сформованих насіннєвих бульб. Результати дослідження підтвердили переваги певних технологій, які дозволяють збільшити вихід якісного насіннєвого матеріалу та сприяють оптимізації виробничого процесу. Отримані дані мають практичне значення для вдосконалення систем насінництва картоплі. У дослідженні було залучено 2 сорта картоплі: Мадлен (Голландія), Гранада (Німеччина) Дослідження проводились впродовж 2024 року. Методика досліджень загальноприйнята в картоплярстві.	uk_UA
