dc.description	The qualification work investigates the issue of forming a system of economic risk management in the business activities of a private agricultural enterprise. The theoretical and methodological aspects of economic risk management in the business activities of a private agricultural enterprise are investigated; the analysis of the system of economic risk management in the business activities of the private agricultural enterprise “Slobozhanshchyna Agro” is carried out; directions of formation of the system of economic risk management in the business activities of the private agricultural enterprise “Slobozhanshchyna Agro” are developed. The article provides a detailed analysis of the agricultural enterprise “Slobozhanshchyna Agro”, provides an organizational and economic description of the enterprise, analyzes the financial and economic indicators of the enterprise's development, and studies the effectiveness of the economic risk management system in the business activity of a private agricultural enterprise. It is established that the enterprise is in the zone of increased financial risks and needs to optimize the structure of assets and liabilities to ensure financial stability. Despite a partial improvement in the indicators of equity capital maneuverability, the overall picture demonstrates an increase in financial risks and the need to immediately develop anti-crisis measures to stabilize the financial condition of the enterprise. Directions for the formation of a system for managing economic risks in the entrepreneurial activity of the SSE “Slobozhanshchyna Agro” are proposed. The main directions of the system of economic risk management in the entrepreneurial activity of a private agricultural enterprise are determined, a set of measures to implement the main directions of the system of economic risk management is developed. To monitor the effectiveness of the proposed measures to track the possibility of risk situations, as well as their prevention, a model of scenario analysis of profitability with regard to risk fluctuations is applied. The results of the analysis highlight fundamentally different scenarios of financial efficiency of production. The proposed model of the production safety margin clearly demonstrates the different potential of each crop's resistance to market risks, which allows the enterprise management to make informed strategic decisions under conditions of uncertainty.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	В кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено питання формування системи управління економічними ризиками у підприємницькій діяльності приватного аграрного підприємства. Досліджено теоретико-методичні аспекти управління економічними ризиками у підприємницькій діяльності приватного аграрного підприємства; проведено аналіз системи управління економічними ризиками у підприємницькій діяльності ПСП «Слобожанщина Агро»; розроблено напрями формування системи управління економічними ризиками у підприємницькій діяльності ПСП «Слобожанщина Агро». У роботі здійснено деталізований аналіз аграрного підприємства ПСП «Слобожанщина Агро», надана організаційно - економічна характеристика підприємства, проведено аналіз фінансово-економічних показників розвитку підприємства, проведено дослідження результативності системи управління економічними ризиками у підприємницькій діяльності приватного аграрного підприємства. Встановлено, що підприємство перебуває в зоні підвищених фінансових ризиків, потребує оптимізації структури активів та пасивів для забезпечення фінансової стабільності. Попри часткове покращення показників маневреності власного капіталу, загальна картина демонструє наростання фінансових ризиків та необхідність негайної розробки антикризових заходів для стабілізації фінансового стану підприємства. Запропоновано напрями формування системи управління економічними ризиками у підприємницькій діяльності ПСП «Слобожанщина Агро». Визначені основні напрями системи управління економічними ризиками у підприємницькій діяльності приватного аграрного підприємства, розроблений комплекс заходів з реалізації основних напрямів системи управління економічними ризиками. Для відстежування ефективності запропонованих заходів з відстежування можливостей виникнення ризикових ситуації, а також їх попередження, застосовано модель сценарного аналізу рентабельності з урахуванням ризикових коливань. Результати аналізу висвітлюють принципово різні сценарії фінансової ефективності виробництва. Запропонована модель межі безпеки виробництва наочно демонструє різний потенціал стійкості кожної культури до ринкових ризиків, що дозволяє менеджменту підприємства приймати обґрунтовані стратегічні рішення в умовах невизначеності.	uk_UA
