dc.description	The first section describes the activities of the municipal enterprise SMR "Electroavtotrans", lists the routes and rolling stock, analyzes the efficiency of the use of rolling stock, and justifies the relevance of the topic of the qualification work. The second section records the results of a survey of passenger flows along the route: No. 4 "Railway Station - Airport". The speed of trolleybuses on the route is normalized. The actual number of trolleybuses and their distribution by shift are determined. Technical and operational indicators for the day, year, and average technical and operational indicators by routes are calculated. The economic indicators of the enterprise are calculated, which show the improvement of the enterprise's work after improving the organizational process. The third section provides safety requirements during the operation of trolleybuses, fire safety rules, and road safety. The fourth section calculates the economic indicators of the enterprise, which show the improvement of the enterprise's work after improving the organizational process.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	В першому розділі здійснено опис діяльності комунального підприємства СМР «Електроавтотранс», перелічено маршрути та рухомий склад, проаналізовано ефективність використання рухомого складу, обґрунтовано актуальність теми кваліфікаційної роботи. В другому розділі записано результати обстеження пасажиропотоків за маршрутом: №4 «Залізничний вокзал – Аеропорт». Проведено нормування швидкостей руху тролейбусів на маршруті. Визначено фактичного числа тролейбусів і розподіл їх по змінах. Розраховано техніко-експлуатаційні показники за день, рік та середні техніко- експлуатаційні показники за маршрутами. Розраховано економічні показники підприємства, де показано покращення роботи підприємства після удосконалення організаційного процесу. В третьому розділі наведено вимоги щодо безпеки під час експлуатації тролейбусів, правила пожежної безпеки та безпеку на дорозі. В четвертому розділі розраховано економічні показники підприємства, де показано покращення роботи підприємства після удосконалення організаційного процесу.	uk_UA
