dc.description	The manuscript consists of an introduction and four chapters: architectural and construction, design and construction, technological and organisational, economic, and four appendices. The architectural and construction section describes the architectural, space-planning and structural solutions for the building. In the design and construction section, the strip foundation was calculated Technological and organisational section: construction conditions; establishing the range of works, calculating the scope of work and determining the need for material resources; justification and selection of optimal solutions for the organisation, mechanisation and technology of construction and installation works; selection of slinging and mounting devices; justification of the construction period; development of a technological map for the construction of monolithic strip foundations, development of a construction schedule, development of a Local estimates were developed in the economic section: No. 1 for general construction works, No. 2 for sanitary and technical works, No. 3 for electrical works; an object estimate for the building was developed, and a consolidated estimate calculation was developed. The technical and economic indicators of the building are presented. The appendices include: technical specifications of construction machines and mechanisms (Appendix A), a technological map for the installation of strip monolithic foundations (Appendix B); construction plan (Appendix C), and cost estimates (Appendix D).	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Робота складається вступу та чотрирьох розділів: архітектурно-конструктивного, розрахунково-конструктивного, технологічно-організаційного, економічного та чотирьох додатків. Архітектурно-будівельний розділ: розроблені архітектурне, об’ємно-планувальне і конструктивне рішення будівлі. В розрахунково-конструктивному розділі виконано розрахунок стрічкового фундаменту Технологічно-організаційний розділ: умови здійснення будівництва; встановлення номенклатури робіт, розрахунок обсягів робіт та визначення потреби в матеріальних ресурсах; Обґрунтування та вибір оптимальних рішень щодо організації, механізації та технології виконання будівельно-монтажних робіт; вибір стропувальних та монтажних пристроїв; обґрунтування прийнятого терміну будівництва; розроблення технологічної карти технологічну карту на влаштування монолітних стрічкових фундаментів, розроблення календарного графіку будівництва, розроблення об’єктного будівельного генерального плану. В економічному розділі розроблено локальні кошториси: №1 на загальнобудівельні роботи, №2 - на санітарно-технічні роботи, №3 - на електротехнічні роботи; розроблено об’єктний кошторис на будівлю, розроблено зведений кошторисний розрахунок. Наведено техніко-економічні показники будівлі. В додатках наведено: технічні характеристики будівельних машин та механізмів (додаток А), технологічна карта на влаштування стрічкових монолітних фундаментів (додаток Б); Будгенплан (додаток В) кошторисна документація (додаток Г).	uk_UA
