dc.description	The qualification work analyzes the farm of SFG «Urozhay» located in the village of Andriyashivka. Variants of the grain harvesting process are presented, machines and energy resources are designed to perform technological harvesting operations, their classification, differences and main advantages for certain operating conditions. Modern developments from foreign manufacturers are analyzed to optimize the grain harvesting process. Particular attention was paid to the classification of threshing and separation devices and differences in the grain mass processing process. The speed of the technological operation of harvesting winter wheat by a John Deere combine was calculated based on the throughput of the combine and field conditions, the power required to perform this operation at the calculated speed and the degree of use of engine power. The proposed improvement of the John Deere combine will prevent rapid wear and premature failure of the supporting structure of the pre-cleaning tray. Drawings of parts required for manufacturing and an assembly drawing were made to demonstrate the location of the necessary elements. The bolted connection was calculated at the point of attachment of the bar to reinforce the structure to the tray frame. The proposed occupational safety measures will reduce the number of accidents at work when working on combine harvesters and with headers.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано господарство; наведені варіанти проведення процесу збирання зернових культур, машини та енергетичні засоби призначені для здійснення технологічних операцій збирання, їх класифікація, відмінності та основні переваги для певних умов роботи; наведена класифікація молотильно-сепарувальних пристроїв та відмінностям в процесі обробки зернової маси. Зроблений розрахунок швидкості виконання технологічної операції збирання озимої пшениці комбайном John Deere на основі пропускної здатності комбайна та польових умов. Запропоноване вдосконалення комбайна John Deere дозволить запобігти швидкому зносу та передчасній поломці несучої конструкції лотка попереднього очищення.	uk_UA
