dc.description	In this thesis, a comprehensive analysis of the production activities of Agro Ecoline LLC, the structure of its machine–tractor fleet, and the existing maintenance and repair system for tractors—particularly the Case Magnum 340—was performed. A justification was developed for establishing a specialized workshop to service this equipment: the annual maintenance program and labor intensity for various service levels were calculated; the number and configuration of service bays were determined; and the required workshop area and staffing levels were computed. Special attention was paid to improving the diagnostic stand for hydraulic system testing: strength calculations were carried out for the hydroaccumulator housing, flanges, and bolted connections, taking into account internal pressure and the material properties of 40X steel. Occupational safety measures for the workshop and maintenance planning procedures were also developed. A technical and economic justification of the project was conducted, including calculations of capital investments, maintenance costs, expected revenues, and profitability indicators for implementing the workshop and the enhanced diagnostic stand. The practical recommendations may be used to increase the efficiency of technical service, reduce operating costs, and minimize tractor downtime at agricultural enterprises.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У кваліфікаційній роботі проведено комплексний аналіз виробничої діяльності ТОВ «АГРО ЕКОЛАЙН», структури машинно-тракторного парку та існуючої системи технічного обслуговування й ремонту тракторів, зокрема Case Magnum 340 . Розроблено обґрунтування створення спеціалізованої дільниці для обслуговування цієї техніки: розраховано річну програму та трудомісткість ТО різних рівнів, визначено кількість і конфігурацію постів, розраховано необхідну площу дільниці й штат обслуговуючого персоналу. Особлива увага приділена удосконаленню діагностичного стенда для перевірки гідросистем: виконано розрахунки міцності корпусу гідроакумулятора, фланців та болтових з’єднань із урахуванням внутрішнього тиску й матеріальних властивостей сталі 40Х . Розроблено заходи з охорони праці на дільниці, а також заходи із планування технічного обслуговування. Проведено техніко-економічне обґрунтування проекту: розраховано капітальні вкладення, собівартість ТО, очікувані доходи та показники рентабельності впровадження дільниці й удосконаленого стенда. Практичні рекомендації можуть бути використані для підвищення ефективності технічного сервісу, зниження експлуатаційних витрат та скорочення простоїв трактора в агропідприємствах.	uk_UA
