dc.description	The bachelor's qualification thesis consists of an introduction, five chapters, general conclusions, a list of 31 references, and appendices. The total volume of the work is 53 pages, which includes 4 tables, 11 figures, 3 appendices, and 5 sheets of graphic material in A1 format. The bachelor's qualification thesis is devoted to improving post-harvest processing technologies of sunflower seeds with the justification of parameters for a grain cleaning machine under the conditions of PP "Dovzhyk", Okhtyrka district, Sumy region. The study presents an agro-technological analysis of sunflower cultivation conditions in the Forest-Steppe zone of Ukraine, which enabled the development of an effective intensive production technology with full mechanization — from sowing to post-harvest processing. Particular attention is paid to the post-harvest cleaning stage, especially preliminary and primary cleaning. The research confirms the relevance of using rotary drum-type grain cleaning machines to ensure high-quality separation in a single pass. Existing machine designs were analyzed, and ways for improvement were identified. A modified design of a scalper-type sieve was proposed, with substantiated structural and operational parameters ensuring efficient separation of the grain mixture into several fractions. An operational and technological map for the primary cleaning of sunflower seeds was developed. Kinematic, energy, and structural calculations of the separator system were carried out, resulting in reduced metal consumption, energy use, and production cost. The work also includes labor safety measures and operational safety instructions for the improved grain cleaning machine, including a grounding protection scheme. An economic justification for the proposed technical improvements was provided. The effectiveness of the modernization was confirmed by enhanced cleaning quality, enabling additional income and reduced production costs.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Кваліфікаційна (бакалаврська) робота присвячена удосконаленню технологій післязбиральної обробки насіння соняшника з обґрунтуванням параметрів зерноочисної машини в умовах ПП «Довжик» Охтирського району Сумської області. У роботі проведено агротехнологічний аналіз умов вирощування соняшника в зоні Лісостепу України, що дозволило розробити ефективну інтенсивну технологію його виробництва із забезпеченням механізації всіх етапів — від сівби до очищення врожаю. Запропоновано модернізовану конструкцію решета скальператорного типу з обґрунтуванням його конструктивних і режимних параметрів, що забезпечують ефективне розділення зернової суміші на кілька фракцій. Розроблена операційно-технологічна карта первинної очистки насіння соняшника. Проведені кінематичні, енергетичні та конструктивні розрахунки сепараторної системи, що дозволяє знизити металомісткість, енерговитрати та собівартість виготовлення машини.	uk_UA
