dc.description	In the qualification work, the production activities of the individual entrepreneur "Lebediuk V.M." are analyzed, including the characteristics of the enterprise, the natural and climatic conditions of the region and the use of agricultural machinery, in particular CASE IH Puma tractors. The purpose of the study is to develop a feasibility study for the creation of a repair site for the maintenance and repair of tractors on the basis of the farm. The technological part presents the organization of the repair process, fault diagnosis, the process of restoring parts, the calculation of the required number of employees, the area of premises and the format of employment. The structural part is focused on creating a device for pressing out the liners of the engine cylinder block, with the calculation of the required force. The economic part of the work contains a comparative analysis of the costs of internal repairs and outsourcing, the payback period of the project is 4.98 years. The section on occupational health and safety contains risk assessment, legal requirements and safety measures during repair work. The work confirms the feasibility of creating a repair base on the farm, which allows you to increase the efficiency of technical service and reduce costs.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано виробничу діяльність ФОП «Лебедюк В.М.», включаючи характеристику підприємства, природно-кліматичні умови регіону та використання сільськогосподарської техніки, зокрема тракторів CASE IH Puma. Метою дослідження є розробка техніко-економічного обґрунтування створення ремонтної дільниці з технічного обслуговування та ремонту тракторів на базі господарства. У технологічній частині представлено організацію ремонтного процесу, діагностику несправностей, процес відновлення деталей, розрахунок необхідної кількості працівників, площі приміщень і формату зайнятості. Конструктивна частина зосереджена на створенні пристрою для випресовування гільз блоку циліндрів двигуна, з розрахунком необхідного зусилля. Економічна частина роботи містить порівняльний аналіз витрат на внутрішній ремонт та аутсорсинг, термін окупності проєкту становить 4,98 року. Розділ з охорони праці містить оцінку ризиків, законодавчі вимоги та заходи безпеки при проведенні ремонтних робіт. Робота підтверджує доцільність створення ремонтної бази в умовах господарства, що дозволяє підвищити ефективність технічного сервісу та скоротити витрати.	uk_UA
