dc.description	The work examines the process of organizing a maintenance and repair section for a CASE IH Patriot 3330 self-propelled sprayer in the conditions of a modern agricultural enterprise - TAS Agro Pivnich LLC. Given the importance of timely and high-quality maintenance of agricultural machinery for increasing production efficiency, the study is aimed at developing an integrated approach to building a repair infrastructure in the agricultural sector. The work includes a technical and economic characteristic of the farm, an analysis of natural and climatic conditions, the structure of the machine and tractor fleet, as well as a justification for the need to create a separate repair section for servicing sprayers. The technological process of maintenance, labor intensity standards, work schedule, required area of production premises and number of personnel are presented. Special attention is paid to the planning of production areas, organization of equipment flows, occupational safety and compliance of the repair base with modern requirements. The work contains a calculation of the annual volume of technical maintenance, recommendations for reducing equipment downtime, as well as approaches to predictive maintenance based on diagnostics.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У роботі розглянуто процес організації дільниці з технічного обслуговування та ремонту самохідного обприскувача CASE IH Patriot 3330 в умовах сучасного агропідприємства – ТОВ «ТАС Агро Північ». Враховуючи важливість своєчасного та якісного обслуговування сільськогосподарської техніки для підвищення ефективності виробництва, дослідження спрямоване на розробку комплексного підходу до побудови ремонтної інфраструктури в аграрному секторі. Робота включає техніко-економічну характеристику господарства, аналіз природно-кліматичних умов, структуру машинно-тракторного парку, а також обґрунтування необхідності створення окремої ремонтної дільниці для обслуговування обприскувачів. Представлено технологічний процес обслуговування, норми трудомісткості, графік виконання робіт, необхідні площі виробничих приміщень і кількість персоналу. Особливу увагу приділено плануванню виробничих зон, організації потоків техніки, безпеці праці та відповідності ремонтної бази сучасним вимогам. Робота містить розрахунок річного обсягу технічного обслуговування, рекомендації щодо зменшення простоїв техніки, а також підходи до прогнозного обслуговування на основі діагностики.	uk_UA
