dc.description	The qualification work is devoted to the study of the features of the functional and planning organization of a modern hotel, based on the design of a hotel and restaurant complex in the city of Sumy. The object of the study is a public building of the hotel type with a developed infrastructure. The subject of the study includes architectural and planning solutions, the structure of functional zoning, as well as the requirements for hotel design in accordance with current regulations (DBN B.2.2-20:2019, DBN B.2.2-10:2018, and others). The work analyzes current trends in the organization of the spatial structure of hotels, principles of zoning for service, residential, and engineering-technical units. Particular attention is paid to the interconnection between functional zones (guest rooms, restaurant, administration, technical spaces), ergonomics, and user safety. The requirements for the design of a shelter within the building in accordance with current civil protection standards are also considered. In the design part, a hotel for 270 guests is proposed, with a clear functional structure that includes the residential part (guest rooms), service premises (a restaurant for 135 seats, a conference hall, utility blocks), and basement premises with a shelter, laundry, technical block, and storage areas. The architectural solution meets modern requirements for comfort, inclusivity, and energy efficiency.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню особливостей функціонально-планувальної організації сучасного готелю на прикладі проєктування готельно-ресторанного комплексу в місті Суми. Об’єктом дослідження є громадська будівля готельного типу з розвиненою інфраструктурою. Предметом дослідження є архітектурно-планувальні рішення, структура функціонального зонування, а також вимоги до проектування готелів згідно з чинними нормативами (ДБН В.2.2- 20:2019, ДБН В.2.2-10:2018 та ін.). У роботі проаналізовано сучасні тенденції в організації просторової структури готелів, принципи зонування обслуговуючих, житлових та інженерно-технічних блоків. Особливу увагу приділено взаємозв’язку між функціональними зонами (номери, ресторан, адміністрація, технічні приміщення), ергономіці та безпеці користування. Розглянуто вимоги до проєктування укриття в складі будівлі згідно з актуальними нормами цивільного захисту. У проєктній частині запропоновано готель на 270 місць з чіткою функціональною структурою, що включає житлову частину (номери), обслуговуючі приміщення (ресторан на 135 місць, конференц-зала, побутові блоки) та підвальні приміщення з укриттям, пральнею, технічним блоком і складськими площами. Архітектурне рішення відповідає сучасним вимогам комфортності, інклюзивності та енергоефективності.	uk_UA
