dc.description	The article emphasizes the importance of applying modern global innovation trends for survival in a competitive environment. The characteristics of various forms of economic development are given: pre-industrial; industrial and post-industrial. The innovative features of the modern stage of development of the world economy are considered, in particular: the decisive role of the human mind, the increase in national self-awareness, the growing need for the preservation and reproduction of nature. It is emphasized that the main form of accumulation in the post-industrial economic system is the accumulation of knowledge. It was concluded that the post-industrial economy is a transitional stage to the smart economy. It is noted that, unlike the post-industrial one, the smart economy is focused on the intellectualization of not only production activities, but also on continuous education of the population in order to train highly qualified workers in accordance with the needs of the market. At the same time, compliance with the principles of "green economy" and social protection of the population is ensured. The definition of the essence of the smart economy, as a modern stage of the development of the world economy, which is based on the innovative development of all sectors based on new generation technologies and provides high added value, energy efficiency, the formation of a protected natural environment and social stability, has been deepened. It was noted that the necessary prerequisites for a smart economy have already been created in the world, in particular: significant achievements of scientific and technical progress, the transition of countries of the world to the seventh technological system, environmentalization of consciousness and others. The main components of the smart economy are defined, namely: educated workers, etc. The characteristic features of the smart economy are defined: close relationship between science and economy, etc. The types of economic activity inherent in the smart economy are composed, namely: internet finance, search engines, online games, government activities and services. The main obstacles and prerequisites for the smart economy in Ukraine have been formed. Modern digital technologies for agribusiness are characterized, which are able to ensure not only economic growth, but also the preservation of natural resources and the environment, which corresponds to the principles of green and smart economy.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	В статті наголошено на важливості застосування сучасних світових інноваційних трендів для виживання в конкурентному середовищі. Наведено характеристику різних форм розвитку економіки: доіндустріальної; індустріальної та постіндустріальної. Розглянуто новаційні ознаки сучасного етапу розвитку світової економіки. Акцентовано, що головною формою нагромадження в постіндустріальній економічній системі є нагромадження знань. Відмічено, що на відміну від постіндустріальної, smart-економіка орієнтована на інтелектуалізацію не лише виробничої діяльності, а й на безперервну освіту населення з метою підготовки висококваліфікованих працівників відповідно до потреб ринку. При цьому одночасно забезпечується дотримання принципів «зеленої економіки» та соціального захисту населення. Поглиблено визначення сутності smart-економіки. Відмічено, що в світі вже склалися необхідні передумови для smart-економіки. Визначено основні складові та характерні ознаки smart-економіки. Скомпоновано види економічної діяльності, що притаманні smart-економіці. Сформовано основні перешкоди та передумови для smart-економіки в Україні. Охарактеризовано сучасні цифрові технології для агробізнесу.	uk_UA
