dc.description	The topic of the qualification work is dedicated to the development of an architectural design for a recreational and wellness complex in the city of Sumy, proposed to be located in the city’s recreational zone near the large Blue Lake. The relevance of the topic is determined by people’s desire for wellness, restoration of strength, and relaxation. Recreational and wellness complexes are an important element in supporting people’s health and mental well-being. They provide opportunities to restore energy, relieve stress, engage in sports, and enjoy nature and a break from daily routines. Structurally, the work consists of the following sections: relevance of the topic, general provisions, classification of buildings for public health and recreation, urban planning solution for the recreational and wellness complex in Sumy, master plan design, engineering improvement and landscape organization of the territory, architectural and planning solution for the recreational and wellness complex in Sumy, structural solution of the building, and list of references. The qualification work includes a graphic part consisting of the following drawings: the general plan of Sumy, functional zoning scheme, situational scheme, master plan, plans of the 1st and 2nd floors, room specifications, façades, 2 sections, visualizations of the interiors and exteriors of the recreational and wellness complex in Sumy, and functional zoning.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Тематика кваліфікаційної роботи присвячена розробці архітектурного рішення рекреаційно-оздоровчого комплексу у м. Суми, що пропонується розташувати в рекреаційній зоні міста поблизу великого Блакитного озера. Актуальність теми обумовлена прагненням людей до оздоровлення, відновлення сил та відпочинку. Рекреаційно-оздоровчі комплекси є важливим елементом підтримки здоров'я та психічного благополуччя людей. Вони надають можливість відновити сили, зняти стрес, зайнятися спортом, а також насолодитися природою та відпочинком від щоденних турбот. Структурно робота складається з таких розділів: актуальність теми, загальні положення, класифікація будівель для оздоровлення та відпочинку населення, містобудівне рішення рекреаційно-оздоровчого комплексу в місті Суми, вирішення генерального плану, інженерний благоустрій та ландшафтна організація території, архітектурно-планувальне вирішення рекреаційно-оздоровчого комплексу в місті Суми, конструктивне вирішення будівлі, список літературних джерел. Кваліфікаційна робота включає графічну частину яка складається з наступних креслень: генплану м. Суми, схеми функціонального зонування, ситуаційної схеми, генплану, планів 1 і 2 поверхів, експлікації приміщень, фасадів, 2 розрізів, візуалізації інтер’єрів та екстер’єрів рекреаційно-оздоровчого комплексу в місті Суми, функціонального зонування.	uk_UA
