dc.description	Logistics is an important component of agricultural production, since timely deliveries of fertilizers, seeds and plant protection products directly affect the volume and quality of the harvest. For agricultural enterprises in the Sumy region, the choice between their own fleet and hired carriers is one of the main problems in the context of logistics. Urban and suburban transportation by light and medium-duty vehicles in the city of Sumy is characterized by a stable level of market tariffs. During the period during which we worked on this study, the local market almost did not differentiate prices by body type (tent, flatbed, isothermal van). Tariffs were formed mainly by tonnage, payment mode (hourly, per kilometer, fixed rate), demand and mileage. The difference in cost between tent vehicles, flatbeds and isothermal vans was 0–20% and for short distances within the region did not significantly affect the overall tariff. Therefore, the indicators we have provided can be used as average market values for the economic analysis of agricultural cargo transportation in the Sumy region.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Логістика є важливою складовою аграрного виробництва, оскільки своєчасні поставки добрив, насіння та засобів захисту рослин безпосередньо впливають на обсяг і якість врожаю. Для аграрних підприємств Сумського регіону вибір між власним автопарком і найманими перевізниками є однією з основних проблем у контексті логістики. Міські та приміські перевезення малотоннажними і середньотоннажними автомобілями у м. Суми характеризуються стабільним рівнем ринкових тарифів. За період, протягом якого ми працювали над даним дослідженням, локальний ринок майже не диференціював ціни за типом кузова (тент, борт, ізотермічний фургон). Тарифи формувалися переважно за тоннажністю, режимом оплати (погодинна, покілометрова, фіксована ставка), попитом та пробігом. Різниця у вартості між тентовими автомобілями, бортовими платформами та ізотермічними фургонами становила 0–20% і для невеликих відстаней у межах області суттєво не впливала на загальний тариф. Тому подані нами показники можна використовувати як середні ринкові значення для економічного аналізу перевезень аграрних вантажів у Сумській області.	uk_UA
