dc.description	The qualification work considers the operating conditions of agricultural machinery, identifies the main causes of wear of their parts. Types of repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery are analyzed and it is determined that shaft-type parts are more responsible for its technical condition. The purpose of the work is to increase the durability of agricultural machinery by improving the technology of manufacturing and restoring their shaft-type parts by applying wear-resistant protective coatings using combined technologies. To achieve the goal, the following tasks must be solved: - to analyze modern technologies for strengthening and restoring shaft-type parts and select more rational ones; - to develop a research methodology; - to conduct comparative tests. The object of research is the technology of increasing the durability of agricultural machinery by applying wear-resistant protective coatings. The subject of research is the regularities of the technology of increasing the durability of agricultural machinery by applying wear-resistant protective coatings.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуті умови роботи сільськогосподарських машин, визначені основні причини зносу їх деталей. Проаналізовані види ремонту та технічного обслуговування сільськогосподарської техніки і визначено, що більш відповідальними за її технічний стан є деталі типу вали. Метою роботи є підвищення довговічності роботи сільськогосподарської техніки, шляхом удосконалення технології виготовлення та відновлення їх деталей типу валів, за рахунок нанесення зносостійких захисних покриттів комбінованими технологіями. Для досягнення поставленої мети потрібно вирішити наступні завдання: - провести аналіз сучасних технологій зміцнення та відновлення деталей типу вали і вибрати більш раціональні; - розробити методику досліджень; - провести порівняльні випробування. Об’єктом досліджень є технологія підвищення довговічності роботи сільськогосподарської техніки за рахунок нанесення зносостійких захисних покриттів. Предмет дослідження – закономірності технології підвищення довговічності роботи сільськогосподарської техніки за рахунок нанесення зносостійких захисних покриттів.	uk_UA
