dc.description	The article substantiates that the consolidation of agricultural lands in Ukraine is a highly effective tool for landmanagement and land use capitalization, which allows improving the land use structure of agricultural enterprisesand farms, increasing their economic, environmental and social efficiency and benefiting the owners of The article substantiates that the consolidation of agricultural lands in Ukraine is a highly effective tool for landmanagement and land use capitalization, which allows improving the land use structure of agricultural enterprisesand farms, increasing their economic, environmental and social efficiency and benefiting the owners of land shares(shares), as well as society as a whole. Land consolidation leads to the mobility of land ownership and other landrights and therefore can also contribute to the allocation of new land plots with a specific non-agricultural purpose,for example, for land planning or public infrastructure or protection and restoration of lands and nature. The use ofland consolidation tools requires the introduction of carefully thought-out land planning and legal regulation, includedin the national regulatory framework. Based on national and international experience, three key stages of the landplanning process procedure for developing land organization projects for land consolidation are identified: 1) thestage of assessing the feasibility (possible implementation options) of land consolidation; 2) planning (design) stageof land consolidation; 3) stage of registration of changes and implementation of land consolidation. The conceptualfoundations of the draft law of Ukraine "On Consolidation of Agricultural Lands" are substantiated, which shouldinclude: Section I. General Provisions, Section II. Powers of state authorities and local self-government bodies in thefield of land consolidation, Section III. Organization and regulation of agricultural land consolidation, Section IY.Land planning process of designing the redistribution of land plots, Section Y. Land planning process of developing aplan for the consolidation of agricultural lands, Section YІ. Land planning process of approving and adopting theLand Consolidation Plan, Section YІІ. Implementation of financial settlement provided for by the Land ConsolidationPlan. It was stated that the consolidation of agricultural lands should be carried out with the involvement of a widerange of stakeholders and ensure that the welfare of the participants in the procedure does not deteriorate after itsapplication.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У статті обґрунтовано, що консолідація земель сільськогосподарського призначення в Україні це високоефективний інструмент управління земельними ресурсами та капіталізації землекористування, який дозволяє удосконалити структуру землекористування сільськогосподарських підприємств та фермерських господарств, підвищуючи їх економічну, екологічну і соціальну ефективність та приносячи вигоду власникам земельних часток (паїв), а також суспільству в цілому. Консолідація земель веде до мобільності права власності на землю та інших земельних прав і тому може також сприяти виділенню нових ділянок землі з конкретним несільськогосподарським призначенням, на-приклад, для землевпорядної чи суспільної інфраструктури або охорони та відновлення земель і природи. Застосування інструментів консолідації земель потребує запровадження ретельно продуманого землевпорядно-правового регулювання, включеного до складу національної нормативно-правової бази.	uk_UA
