dc.description	Qualification work is aimed at developing a project for organizing a maintenance and repair site for John Deere 7th series tractors on the basis of the LGA Kolos farm in the Sumy region. The relevance of the study is due to the need to reduce service costs, minimize machine downtime and ensure uninterrupted and reliable operation of modern high-tech equipment in field conditions. The work provides a comprehensive analysis of the activities of the LGA Kolos Farm, in particular, the agroclimatic conditions of the farm, the structure of sown areas, yield indicators and the composition of the machine and tractor fleet. The object of the study is the John Deere 7th series tractors, which are widely used in the farm. Their technical characteristics are presented, typical malfunctions and features of service are analyzed. The design section includes the calculation of the annual volume of work and labor intensity, justification of the number of personnel, planning of the workshop premises, selection of necessary equipment and organization of functional areas of the site. Particular attention is paid to the performance of routine operations, including diagnostics of the technical condition, replacement of consumables, control of electrical equipment, hydraulic systems, tires and other components. In the technological part, the process of restoring the camshaft has been developed and the corresponding repair drawing has been made. The design section contains the necessary engineering calculations and the development of a special device. The section on labor protection takes into account potential production risks, occupational safety requirements and sanitary and hygienic standards for the operation of the site. The economic justification confirms the effectiveness of creating its own repair and service base. The results of the work can be used to implement similar organizational and technical solutions in other farms in order to increase the level of autonomy, efficiency and reliability of the operation of agricultural machinery.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Кваліфікаційна робота спрямована на розроблення проєкту організації дільниці технічного обслуговування і ремонту тракторів John Deere 7-ї серії на базі фермерського господарства «ЛГА Колос» Сумської області. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю зменшення витрат на сервісне обслуговування, мінімізації простоїв машин та забезпечення безперебійної й надійної роботи сучасної високотехнологічної техніки в польових умовах. У роботі виконано всебічний аналіз діяльності ФГ «ЛГА Колос», зокрема розглянуто агрокліматичні умови господарства, структуру посівних площ, показники врожайності та склад машинно-тракторного парку. Об’єктом дослідження визначено трактори John Deere 7-ї серії, які широко застосовуються в господарстві. Подано їх технічну характеристику, проаналізовано типові несправності та особливості проведення сервісного обслуговування. Проєктний розділ включає розрахунок річного обсягу робіт і трудомісткості, обґрунтування кількості персоналу, планування приміщення майстерні, підбір необхідного обладнання та організацію функціональних зон дільниці. Особливу увагу приділено виконанню регламентних операцій, серед яких діагностика технічного стану, заміна витратних матеріалів, контроль електрообладнання, гідросистеми, шин та інших вузлів. У технологічній частині розроблено процес відновлення розподільчого валу та виконано відповідне ремонтне креслення. Конструкторський розділ містить необхідні інженерні розрахунки та розробку спеціального пристосування. У розділі з охорони праці враховано потенційні виробничі ризики, вимоги безпеки праці та санітарно-гігієнічні норми для роботи дільниці. Економічне обґрунтування підтверджує ефективність створення власної ремонтно-сервісної бази. Результати роботи можуть бути використані для впровадження подібних організаційно-технічних рішень в інших фермерських господарствах з метою підвищення рівня автономності, ефективності та надійності експлуатації сільськогосподарської техніки.	uk_UA
