dc.description	The qualification work investigated the organization of maintenance (M&A) and current repair (RC) of the machine and tractor fleet in the conditions of the agricultural company "AGROSVIT" (2500 hectares of arable land, main crops: winter wheat 41%, sunflower 27%, soybeans 11%, corn 14% in 2025). The combined fleet of equipment, modern M&A and repair technologies were analyzed, and typical shortcomings were identified: insufficient equipment of the repair base, high downtime due to seasonality and heterogeneity of equipment. The work describes the technological operations of the repair shop, assesses their labor intensity and determines the need for personnel. A special hydraulic device was developed for removing gears and sprockets from shafts (with rods and replaceable half-rings), the strength of the elements was tested at a force of 20 kN - the design was recognized as reliable. A set of measures to ensure occupational safety was developed. The feasibility analysis proved the economic efficiency and feasibility of operating the repair unit.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено організацію технічного обслуговування (ТО) та поточного ремонту (ПР) машинно-тракторного парку в умовах агрофірми «АГРОСВІТ» (2500 га ріллі, основні культури: озима пшениця 41 %, соняшник 27 %, соя 11 %, кукурудза 14 % у 2025 р.). Проаналізовано комбінований парк техніки, сучасні технології ТО та ремонту, виявлено типові недоліки: недостатнє оснащення ремонтної бази, високі простої через сезонність та різнорідність техніки У роботі описано технологічні операції ремонтного цеху, оцінено їх трудомісткість і визначено потребу в персоналі. Розроблено спеціальний гідравлічний пристрій для зняття шестерень та зірочок з валів (з тягами та змінними напівкільцями), перевірено міцність елементів при зусиллі 20 кН — конструкція визнана надійною. Розроблено комплекс заходів для забезпечення безпеки праці. Техніко-економічний аналіз довів економічну ефективність і доцільність функціонування ремонтного підрозділу.	uk_UA
