dc.description	This thesis focuses on improving the efficiency of the grain unloading process in the context of modern agricultural production. The main emphasis is placed on improving the trailer-mounted unloading auger, using the PBN-30 unit as an example, which is used by the «Batkivshchyna» Agricultural Cooperative in the Chernihiv region. The thesis analyses the farm’s operations, examining its land resources, crop structure and yield levels. It also provides a description of the machinery and tractor fleet and outlines the organisation of the grain harvesting process using a John Deere T560 combine harvester fitted with a 620R header. Particular attention has been paid to the grain unloading process, which is a crucial part of the harvesting and transport cycle. An analysis of the time taken to perform this operation has been carried out, and the main causes of equipment downtime and grain losses have been identified. It has been established that the efficiency of the operation is significantly influenced by the screw conveyor’s capacity, as well as the stability of the grain feed and the ease of positioning the transport vehicle. In the design section, a modernisation of the PBN-30 screw conveyor is proposed by altering its main geometric parameters. Calculations have shown that the proposed solution allows for increased productivity, reduced unloading time and lower grain losses. The practical significance of this work lies in the fact that the proposed modernisation can be applied in real-world farming conditions to improve the efficiency of machinery, reduce downtime and improve the organisation of the harvesting process. The results of the study have shown that modernising the unloading auger enables the grain unloading process to be carried out more quickly and efficiently. This reduces downtime for grain harvesting machinery, improves the organisation of transport during the harvest, and increases the overall productivity of the harvesting process on the farm.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено підвищення ефективності процесу вивантаження зерна в сучасних умовах сільськогосподарського виробництва. Основна увага приділена вдосконаленню причіпного вивантажувального шнека на прикладі агрегату ПБН-30, який використовується в СТОВ «Батьківщина» Чернігівської області. Проаналізовано діяльність господарства, розглянуто його земельні ресурси, структуру посівів та рівень урожайності. Також наведено характеристику машинно-тракторного парку та описано організацію процесу збирання зернових культур із використанням комбайна John Deere T560 із жаткою 620R. Окрему увагу приділено процесу вивантаження зерна, який є важливою частиною збирально-транспортного циклу. Проведено аналіз часу виконання цієї операції, визначено основні причини простоїв техніки та втрат зерна. Встановлено, що значний вплив на ефективність має продуктивність шнека, а також стабільність подачі зерна і зручність позиціювання транспорту. Запропоновано модернізацію шнека ПБН-30 за рахунок зміни його основних геометричних параметрів. Виконані розрахунки показали, що запропоноване рішення дозволяє збільшити продуктивність, скоротити час вивантаження та зменшити втрати зерна. Запропоновану модернізацію можна застосувати в реальних умовах господарства для підвищення ефективності роботи техніки, зменшення простоїв та покращення організації збирального процесу. За результатами досліджень викладено висновки та пропозиції.	uk_UA
