dc.description	The qualification work considers the issue of organizing a repair site for the cylinder-piston group of auto-tractor engines in the conditions of the educational and practical center of the Sumy National Agrarian University. The relevance of the topic is due to the increase in the share of foreign-made tractors in the agricultural sector of the Sumy region, in particular John Deere equipment, which requires high-quality service and repair. The work analyzes the fleet of auto-tractor equipment in the Sumy region, determines the place of John Deere tractors in the structure of the machine-tractor fleet, and considers the features of the John Deere PowerTech 4045DF150 engine. The main causes of failure of the CPG parts, in particular cylinder liners, pistons, piston rings and fingers, are analyzed. A technological process for repairing a cylinder liner has been developed, which involves washing, defecting, grinding external seats, galvanic restoration, boring, honing, and quality control. A technological calculation of the site was performed, an annual repair program for 120 liners was determined, the labor intensity of the work, the number of workers, the composition of the equipment and the area of the site were determined. A device for dismantling wet cylinder liners was developed and its elements were calculated for strength. Occupational safety measures were proposed and an economic justification for the organization of the site was performed.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто питання організації дільниці з ремонту циліндро-поршневої групи автотракторних двигунів в умовах навчально-практичного центру Сумського національного аграрного університету. Актуальність теми обумовлена зростанням частки тракторів іноземного виробництва в аграрному секторі Сумського регіону, зокрема техніки John Deere, яка потребує якісного сервісного обслуговування та ремонту. У роботі виконано аналіз парку автотракторної техніки Сумщини, визначено місце тракторів John Deere у структурі машинно-тракторного парку та розглянуто особливості двигуна John Deere PowerTech 4045DF150. Проаналізовано основні причини відмов деталей ЦПГ, зокрема гільз циліндрів, поршнів, поршневих кілець і пальців. Розроблено технологічний процес ремонту гільзи циліндра, який передбачає миття, дефектацію, шліфування зовнішніх посадочних місць, гальванічне відновлення, розточування, хонінгування та контроль якості. Виконано технологічний розрахунок дільниці, визначено річну програму ремонту 120 гільз, трудомісткість робіт, кількість працівників, склад обладнання та площу дільниці. Розроблено пристосування для демонтажу мокрих гільз циліндрів і виконано розрахунок його елементів на міцність. Запропоновано заходи з охорони праці та виконано економічне обґрунтування організації дільниці.	uk_UA
