dc.description	The qualification work considers the issue of organizing a maintenance and repair section for New Holland combines in the conditions of the educational and practical center of Sumy NAU. The relevance of the topic is substantiated, taking into account the significant need of the agricultural sector of the Sumy region for modern grain-harvesting equipment, since the area of the main crops requiring the use of combines exceeds 510 thousand hectares. The structure of the combine fleet of the region is analyzed and the location of New Holland combines is determined, the share of which is approximately 18% of the conditional fleet of 1300 combine harvesters. The work examines the features of maintenance and repair of New Holland combines. The technological process of maintenance and repair of the grain header is developed, the route of work is determined. A technological calculation of the site is performed, according to which the annual labor intensity is 1541 man-hours, 2 workers, 1 main post and a production area of about 100 m² are assumed. A device for fixing and repairing the cutting device has been developed, its elements have been calculated for strength. An analysis of dangerous and harmful factors has been carried out and occupational safety measures have been proposed. Economic calculations have confirmed the feasibility of organizing the site: the annual economic effect is 289.7 thousand UAH, the payback period is 1.67 years.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто питання організації дільниці технічного обслуговування і ремонту комбайнів New Holland в умовах навчально-практичного центру Сумського НАУ. Обґрунтовано актуальність теми з урахуванням значної потреби аграрного сектору Сумського регіону в сучасній зернозбиральній техніці, оскільки площа основних культур, що потребують використання комбайнів, перевищує 510 тис. га. Проаналізовано структуру комбайнового парку регіону та визначено місце комбайнів New Holland, частка яких орієнтовно становить 18 % від умовного парку 1300 зернозбиральних комбайнів. У роботі досліджено особливості технічного обслуговування і ремонту комбайнів New Holland. Розроблено технологічний процес ТО і ремонту зернової жатки, визначено маршрут виконання робіт. Виконано технологічний розрахунок дільниці, за яким річна трудомісткість становить 1541 люд.-год, прийнято 2 працівники, 1 основний пост і виробничу площу близько 100 м². Розроблено пристосування для фіксації та ремонту різального апарата, виконано розрахунок його елементів на міцність. Проведено аналіз небезпечних і шкідливих факторів та запропоновано заходи з охорони праці. Економічні розрахунки підтвердили доцільність організації дільниці: річний економічний ефект становить 289,7 тис. грн, строк окупності - 1,67 року.	uk_UA
