dc.description	The work analyzes the main types of fuel equipment for tractors, investigates the design features of diesel engine injectors, in particular electromagnetic and piezoelectric Common Rail injectors. The technological process for diagnosing injectors is developed, the annual work program, labor intensity, number of posts, area of the site are determined, and the necessary diagnostic equipment is selected. According to the results of calculations, it was established that the site can provide diagnostics for 55 units of equipment and bench testing of 206 injectors per year, of which 155 are Common Rail injectors. The design part substantiates the feasibility of using a stand for testing injectors, describes its structure, principle of operation, and features of testing modern Common Rail injectors. A set of occupational safety measures is developed. An economic justification of the feasibility of implementing the stand is carried out.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У роботі виконано аналіз основних видів паливної апаратури автотракторної техніки, досліджено конструктивні особливості форсунок дизельних двигунів, зокрема електромагнітних і п’єзоелектричних форсунок Common Rail. Розроблено технологічний процес діагностування форсунок, визначено річну програму робіт, трудомісткість, кількість постів, площу дільниці та підібрано необхідне діагностичне обладнання. За результатами розрахунків встановлено, що дільниця може забезпечити діагностування 55 одиниць техніки та стендову перевірку 206 форсунок на рік, з яких 155 становлять форсунки Common Rail. У конструкторській частині обґрунтовано доцільність використання стенда для перевірки форсунок, описано його будову, принцип роботи та особливості перевірки сучасних форсунок Common Rail. Розроблено комплекс заходів з охорони праці. Проведено економічне обґрунтування доцільності впровадження стенда.	uk_UA
